Service Description
Every stage in life is temporary — this, too, shall pass — the good, the difficult, the frustrating, the beautiful. Sometimes the passage of time is hugely relieving, but often it's a little painful. Oh, how wistful we become, reflecting on the good old days. The heartache that comes with knowing all those little moments together are now past. The dark under-eye circles we cursed when we looked in the mirror become kind of beautiful in the memory of our mind's eye when they remind us of the tiny newborn fists that clung to our fingers. What if we could capture the way those days felt before they're gone? Introducing the Family Documentary Photo Session. A half day of coverage of a day in the life. — your life.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms and Retainer: The Client agrees to pay Morgan Barrett Creative, LLC ("Photographer") a retainer fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total photography package price at the time of booking. This retainer is nonrefundable and is required to reserve the Photographer’s services for the scheduled session date and time. No date is considered booked until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled session/event date. If the balance is not paid by this time, the Photographer reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the nonrefundable retainer. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If the Client cancels the session for any reason, the Client forfeits the retainer. Cancellations must be made in writing. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated at the Photographer’s discretion and are subject to availability. If the Photographer is able to rebook the session, the retainer may be applied to a new date, but this is not guaranteed. Limitation of Liability: In the unlikely event that the Photographer is unable to perform the services due to illness, emergency, fire, casualty, or other circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to the return of any payments received, excluding the nonrefundable retainer (unless the Photographer initiates the cancellation). Copyright and Usage: The Photographer retains all copyright and ownership of the images. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the final edited images delivered. Images may not be altered, edited, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Photographer. Model Release: The Client grants the Photographer the right to use images from the session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website portfolio, social media, marketing materials, and publications. If the Client wishes to keep images private, a written request must be submitted prior to the session.
