Round up grandma (or nana or nini or mawmaw or gramma or whatever name your littles have bestowed upon that lucky lady), grandpa (or papa or pipi [JK, though I'm sure it's been done] or pawpaw or grampa), aunties, uncles, kiddos, and/or whomever you call family, and let's coordinate some chaos! Jokes aside, extended family sessions are usually a rare and fleeting opportunity — let's jump on it and freeze the moments where everyone happens to be in the same place at the same time. Extended family sessions are not only great for getting photos of the whole group, but some really special candids and combos of family members who don't usually get photos together, like grandma and grandpa (or nini and pipi) and their grown babies. This session is multiple sessions in one. I don't know about your family, but it's maybe a once-in-a-decade opportunity to have all the generations together in my family. Individually edited, high resolution digital images are delivered to your email in a sleek, online gallery within four weeks of your session date. All images are yours to download, share, and print.

Payment Terms and Retainer: The Client agrees to pay Morgan Barrett Creative, LLC ("Photographer") a retainer fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total photography package price at the time of booking. This retainer is nonrefundable and is required to reserve the Photographer’s services for the scheduled session date and time. No date is considered booked until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled session/event date. If the balance is not paid by this time, the Photographer reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the nonrefundable retainer. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If the Client cancels the session for any reason, the Client forfeits the retainer. Cancellations must be made in writing. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated at the Photographer’s discretion and are subject to availability. If the Photographer is able to rebook the session, the retainer may be applied to a new date, but this is not guaranteed. Limitation of Liability: In the unlikely event that the Photographer is unable to perform the services due to illness, emergency, fire, casualty, or other circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to the return of any payments received, excluding the nonrefundable retainer (unless the Photographer initiates the cancellation). Copyright and Usage: The Photographer retains all copyright and ownership of the images. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the final edited images delivered. Images may not be altered, edited, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Photographer. Model Release: The Client grants the Photographer the right to use images from the session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website portfolio, social media, marketing materials, and publications. If the Client wishes to keep images private, a written request must be submitted prior to the session.
